Yes! However, we encourage you to apply for the roles that are suitable to your career history, educational field and skills.

Why do we have assessment tests?
For certain positions, specific skills are very important. Accuracy for instance. The best way to see if an applicant is accurate, is to test it.

How do I prepare myself for the interview?
Take time to do your research on what we do and read up on the position that you are applying for.

For online conversations, find a quiet room with a stable internet connection with a working web-camera and microphone. For face-to-face interviews, plan your route and be punctual. We are an informal organisation and we want you to be yourself and enjoy the interview experience. You do not need to show up in a suit (we do not wear them either!); smart casual is perfect.

Try to relax, listen to the questions carefully. Speak clearly and concisely.

Why two rounds of interview?
The first round will consist of an interview with the hiring manager(s),  one (sometimes two) department colleague(s) and a HR Advisor to assess your suitability for the position.

If you are successful in the first round, you will be invited to meet your potential department colleagues in the second round. Ask questions and assess for yourself if you also have a click with your future colleagues!

Will I get feedback after my interview?
Yes, the hiring manager will usually contact you to inform you of the final hiring decision. Otherwise, you will receive an email from HR.

If unsuccessful, can I apply for other opportunities in the future?
We love to hear from you again if your new skills or your circumstances have changed. If you wish to apply for the same vacancy in the future, we recommend waiting for a year before reapplying.
